Casey Chung has been a creative person her whole life. Polk State has given her a way to focus and hone her talents by combining her youthful passion with drawing, illustration, animation, video, audio, and graphic design to create amazing works of art. In the Digital Media department at Polk State, she serves as the Interim Program Specialist and manages the Digital Media lab and staff. She also provides instructional support to students, creates professional designs, explore animation techniques, and collaborates with a wonderful crew of creative people who help to further strengthen her imagination. Casey is currently pursing a master’s degree at the University of Florida in web design.

Falguni Patel has been a part of the Digital Media program since 2018, and currently serves as a Teaching Lab Assistant. An International student from India, Falguni’s enthusiasm for design and fashion shows in her work. Falguni’s determination to complete her education has earned her an Associate’s degree and a Bachelor’s degree from Polk State College. In her free time, Falguni loves to cook and relax with a cup of coffee.

Jaslyn Wolfrom is an alumna of the Digital Media program and has been a Teaching Lab Assistant since 2021. She’s always loved cats, bands, art, and video. Graphic Design allowed Jaslyn to combine her passion for art and video, and it shows in her exceptional work. Her husband Scott is incredibly supportive, and helps take care of their cat, Poki.

Joseph Klein began pursuing his degree in Video Production in 2022 after experimenting with a variety of degree majors. His dedication and energy have been critical in helping students and promoting the department, all while completing his own assignments. In his free time, Joseph loves reading Warhammer lore, working out, and watching movies.

Olivia Harrison started attending Polk State College in 2022, but her remarkable design work led her to become a Teaching Lab Assistant in 2023. Olivia loves many things, including coffee, thrift shopping, cats, photography, and nature walks with her boyfriend. Her favorite class is Page Design and Layout, but she always pushes the limits of her creativity.

Michael Comings is a talented, Florida-born, Brazil-raised graphic designer and illustrator. He started attending Polk State College in 2021 and became a Teaching Lab Assistant in 2024. Michael’s outstanding work and humor in Digital Illustration quickly earned him a place in Digital Media. Michael loves cats, Brazil, astronomy, and going mini-golfing with his girlfriend.
